Orders & Shipping
We ship from two fulfillment points: Ukraine and Switzerland. Depending on your location, your order will be processed from the closest hub to reduce delivery time and customs fees.
Yes. We ship across Europe, the UK, the US, and other select countries. If you don’t see your region at checkout, reach out to us—we’ll do our best to assist.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 3 to 6 business days;
Ukraine: 1 to 3 business days;
US & Asia: 5 to 14 business days (customs fees may apply);
A Kyiv showroom collection service is also available at no extra cost

Shipping is free for all orders over €300. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Store & Showroom
Yes—we welcome visits at our Kyiv showroom. Viamaro is also stocked at select multi-brand boutiques across Europe. Our next showroom will open in Switzerland—sign up for updates to be first to know.
Yes, you can book a private appointment in our Kyiv showroom, or request a partner location near you for a fitting if available.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on all unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Trying something on is encouraged—just keep it clean and safe.
Email us at care@viamaro.eu with your order number. We’ll guide you through the simple return process and help with exchanges if needed.
Yes—unless marked final sale, all discounted items are eligible for standard return terms.
Items purchased through external retailers must be returned directly to them. Only orders placed on viamaro.com qualify for our return policy.
Wear & Care
Most of our pieces are machine washable on a wool or delicate cycle. We recommend air drying and storing folded, not hanging. Each item includes care instructions tailored to its material.
Of course. We're a small team and love helping customers find their perfect piece. Just email or DM us, and a real human will answer usually within 24 hours.
Some items are limited edition and won’t return. Others may be restocked based on demand. If you love something, don’t wait—and feel free to ask us what’s coming next.
