How to Measure Yourself
Stand naturally with feet flat and shoulders relaxed. Breathe normally, Ensure a relaxed stance — do not pull in your stomach. Keep the tape measure level with the floor.
BUST
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape flat and snug—not tight—across your back and chest.
WAIST
Wrap the tape around your natural waist—typically the narrowest part above your belly button and below your ribcage. Stand relaxed.
HIPS
Measure the widest part of your hips, usually around 20 cm below your natural waist. Ensure the tape remains straight and parallel to the ground.
