Shipping policy

At Viamaro, we aim to make every part of your shopping experience effortless, from placing your order to receiving it at your door. All orders are processed and shipped with care, using trusted delivery partners and services tailored to your location.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or new collection launches, processing may require an additional 1–2 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

All orders placed before 13:00 (EET / 12:00 CET) are usually shipped the same day using Nova Poshta or trusted courier services depending on your location. Orders placed after 13:00 are shipped the following business day. If your order is placed after 13:00 on a Friday or over the weekend, it will be shipped the following Monday. During very busy times such as seasonal sales or holiday periods, dispatch may be delayed by one additional day.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Viamaro is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, local courier schedules, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.

Delivery Options

Ukraine

Nova Poshta Courier Delivery directly to your door within 1–2 business days across Ukraine. Cost: 300 UAH. Free for prepaid orders over 10,000 UAH. If you choose cash on delivery (оплата при отриманні), Nova Poshta charges an additional 2% of the order total + 25 UAH, payable by the recipient.

Nova Poshta Branch Pickup Delivery to your chosen Nova Poshta branch within 1–2 business days. Cost: 300 UAH. Free for orders over 10,000 UAH. An additional 2% + 25 UAH fee applies if paying by cash on delivery.

Pick Up at Showroom You can collect your order free of charge from our showroom at Poltavska St, 10, Kyiv. Collection is available during business hours once your order is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a TTN tracking number by email or SMS. You can track your parcel in real time through Nova Poshta's website or app. Delivery can be made directly to your address by courier, to your selected Nova Poshta branch, or to a parcel locker of your choice.

European Union & Switzerland

International Standard Delivery (Nova Post Global & trusted local couriers) Delivery across the EU takes 5–7 business days, and 2–5 business days within Switzerland, depending on availability and fulfillment location (Bern or Kyiv).

Orders are shipped through Nova Post Global or trusted local courier services, depending on your destination and service availability. Delivery can be made directly to your address or, where supported, to a local pick-up point.

United States & International

International Standard Delivery (trusted courier services) Delivery within 7–10 business days via trusted international and local courier partners. Please contact us before placing an order for details on supported destinations and delivery conditions.

Shipping Costs

Ukraine

  • Courier delivery within Kyiv: 300 UAH (within 24 hours).
  • Nationwide delivery by Nova Poshta: 300 UAH (within 48 hours).
  • Orders over 10,000 UAH: free standard delivery.
  • Showroom pickup: free of charge.
  • Free delivery may also apply during promotional periods — check our website for current offers.

European Union & Switzerland

  • Standard delivery: €15 (CHF 15).
  • Orders over €400 (CHF 400): free standard delivery.
  • Free delivery may also apply during promotional periods — check our website for current offers.

United States & International

  • Standard delivery: from $20.
  • Orders over $400: free standard delivery.
  • Free delivery may also apply during promotional periods — check our website for current offers.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Unless explicitly stated at checkout, customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country's regulations. These charges are collected directly by local customs authorities or courier services before delivery.

We provide accurate documentation to support smooth customs clearance, but delays caused by customs inspections or payment of duties are beyond our control.

Payment Methods

We offer secure and convenient payment options for all orders.
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at checkout. Payment is processed immediately once your order is confirmed.

For orders within Switzerland, payment via TWINT is also available. TWINT is a widely used Swiss mobile payment solution that allows you to pay directly from your smartphone at checkout.

For orders within Ukraine, additional options are available: you can pay in cash upon collection at our showroom, pay through Plata by Mono (Monobank), or use cash on delivery (оплата при отриманні) via Nova Poshta. Please note that Nova Poshta charges an additional fee of 2% of the order total + 25 UAH for cash-on-delivery service.

Cash on delivery is currently available only in Ukraine.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way. All parcels are insured in transit. Our customer care team is available to assist with any questions regarding delivery or tracking.

Delivery Issues and Lost Parcels

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@viamaro.eu within 30 days of dispatch. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipment costs will apply.

Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed. Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
