• Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle using mild detergent.
• Reshape while damp and dry flat, away from direct sunlight or heat.
• Iron on a low setting if needed.
• Avoid chlorine-based bleach.

Think about the pieces you have worn the most over the last five years. Chances are, a Viamaro piece will be one of them.

We work with carefully selected natural and premium fibres: Woolmark-certified merino, silk, cashmere, viscose and lurex, each chosen for how it feels against the skin and how it holds up over time. Every item is produced in small batches in Ukraine, and each piece is checked by hand before it reaches you.

The fine knit construction and breathable nature of the fabric mean these pieces move with you through seasons. And because we design for longevity rather than trends, nothing in our collection goes out of style the moment the season changes.

Unlike fast-fashion knitwear that pills, loses shape and ends up at the back of the wardrobe after a few wears, a well-made knit holds its structure and its softness year after year.

When you divide the price by the number of times you will actually wear it, the numbers look very different.

We ship worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and as soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

All taxes and customs duties are included in your final price.

Shipping costs

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to Ukraine and Switzerland. For deliveries to the EU and the US, shipping is free on orders over €400 / $400. Shipping options and exact delivery times for your address are available at checkout.

As a guide, estimated delivery times are 1 to 2 days within Ukraine, 2 to 5 days within Switzerland, 5 to 7 days across the EU, and 7 to 10 days for the US and other international destinations.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason the item is not right for you, we accept complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@viamaro.eu and we will guide you through the process. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. For exchanges, the quickest option is to return your item and place a new order for the preferred size or style.

We know that buying clothing online is not always easy, especially when you are discovering a brand for the first time. Knitwear in particular is something you want to touch, try on, and feel before committing.
