We ship worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and as soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
All taxes and customs duties are included in your final price.
Shipping costs
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to Ukraine and Switzerland. For deliveries to the EU and the US, shipping is free on orders over €400 / $400. Shipping options and exact delivery times for your address are available at checkout.
As a guide, estimated delivery times are 1 to 2 days within Ukraine, 2 to 5 days within Switzerland, 5 to 7 days across the EU, and 7 to 10 days for the US and other international destinations.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason the item is not right for you, we accept complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, simply email us at info@viamaro.eu and we will guide you through the process. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. For exchanges, the quickest option is to return your item and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
